Want S’more (Bites)?

For Super Bowl Sunday this year, I wanted to make a dessert that was bite sized, delicious and embodied the Americana vibe of our nation’s favorite sports day so I decided to make s’mores bites.

These little treats were so fun to make and an absolute hit! I will most definitely be making them again.

S’mores Bites Recipe

1 package graham crackers
6 tbsp stick butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 bag milk chocolate chips
1 bag 62% dark chocolate chunks
1 bag mini marshmallows

Place graham crackers in a food processor and blend until they form uniform crumbs. Add sugar and butter, pulse/blend until just combined. Scoop approximately 1tbsp graham cracker crust into each well in a greased mini-muffin pan. Pack crumbs until smooth and uniform (the bottom of a shot glass works well for this).

Bake crusts for 5 min at 350, and remove.

Combine milk and dark chocolate, scoop about 1tsp chocolate into each tin, along with 4-5 marshmallows.

Place pan back in the oven, and bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees, or until marshmallows are just browning. Do not overcook, or the marshmallows will become too dry once they’ve cooled.

Wait until bites have cooled completely before removing them from the pan.
